My fiancé and I cannot recommend Rummele Jewelers enough! We had a handful of sentimental pieces of jewelry and Steve was able to help turn them into the most perfect engagement ring. To top it off, my fiancé wanted to add a unique stone himself, and Steve steered him to a beautiful moss agate. The entire piece was set into a rose gold band, and I cried when I received it. 🥹 His communication was impeccable, and he got it done in such a timely manner. I have received so many compliments!

I recently found my grandmother's pearl earrings and her wedding ring, along with my great grandmother's wedding rings in an heirloom box. I don't have pierced ears and the rings were very tiny. However, I wanted to preserve the stones and have something wearable to honor their memories. I took all three items to Rummele's and explain the history and sentimentality of the items. The pearls were not exactly the same size, nor were the diamonds in the rings. However, the staff at Rummele's seemed to truly understand and appreciate what my goal was. They put much effort in sourcing a white gold pendant that would accommodate the stones, and then basically custom made this piece using the pendant as a base. The jeweler and goldsmith and did a phenomenal job and gave me a fabulous price as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the final product, and I've already received many compliments on it. This truly will become an heirloom piece that I will eventually pass on to the next generation. Thank you so very much for your integrity and skills in creating this piece of jewelry for me.

My husband has gotten me several pieces from Rummeles, and each time, the transaction was easy. Any issues I have had were fixed in store and quickly. I love stopping in and having them clean and check my rings (at no cost). Once a small stone came out in the cleaner, I was lucky it could be found and replaced. I also had them recently replace the head and prongs on my wedding ring, even though it was purchased somewhere else. The cost was fair, and the work was done faster than they estimated it would be. I also want to note that they were always welcoming when my husband brought our kids with to help pick out a gift.

We were greeted immediately upon entering by Amy, who was extremely polite and helpful. She showed us many options of jewelry we were interested in and we never felt pressured. She was knowledgeable and friendly! Prices are decent and they have a nice selection of estate jewelry as well as brand new. Highly recommend!

She efficiently located the item I was seeking and demonstrated kindness, patience, and respect throughout our interaction. When I expressed my desire for an elegant and attractive ring, Laysha escorted me to the Pandora section, where she found the perfect ring. They were extremely helpful! My uncle Evan went in after not being from here he was nervous picking a jeweler for his watch but they were personable and did an excellent job in the repair!
